Kids tennis (ages 3 to 6)

The emphasis for pre-schoolers is on:

  • Developing basic movement skills
  • Encouraging hand-eye co-ordination
  • Simple racket and ball skills
  • Fun games
Mini tennis (ages 7 to 10)

Group sessions for primary school-aged children. We encourage players to enter competitions as soon as they are ready.
Sessions include:

  • Agility and co-ordination games
  • Racket and ball skills
  • Focus on serving
  • Rally skills
  • Game tactics
Junior tennis (ages 10 to 14)

Group sessions

  • Technical skills and coaching
  • Drills
  • Match Play
  • Strenght and conditioning (from age 14)
  • To ensure continuity during the winter months we offer term-time indoor tennis wich takes place in indoor halls close by
  • Building weapons
Junior tennis (ages 14 to 18)
  • Focus on playing style
  • Focus on using the weapons
  • Very strong consisctency
  • Strong tactical play
  • Personal development player
